Sponsor a Child
Get to know an orphan or community student in need of your support. Orphans receive all the care a parent would provide their child. Day students receive a scholarship to our classical Christian school and two meals a day. All day students have been assigned aliases and less information is provided to protect their families. Join us in cultivating a multitude of Godly contributors in Africa today!
Michael
Michael’s mother abandoned him, and his father is unknown.
Dagim
Dagim's mother died shortly after his birth.
Mary
After the death of her parents, Mary and her brother, Clinton, were placed in the care of their grandparents.
Micheal
When he was two months old, Michael was abandoned at a shop in Kampala, Uganda. Michael then came to the Rafiki Village Uganda in February of 2005.
Peter
Both of Peter’s parents were killed during religious riots that occurred in 2004 in a village about two hours away from Jos, Nigeria.
Gerald
After the death of both Gerald’s parents, he was living with his older sister.
Laurine
Laurine’s parents died in 2006, and she and two other children were cared for by her grandmother who was 96 at the time.
Segen
Segen's young mother abandoned her soon after giving birth to her, leaving Segen with her grandmother.
Marie
Marie Jeanne arrived at the Rafiki Village Rwanda in 2010.

James was referred to the Rafiki Foundation by a social worker from a group in the Presbyterian Church of East Africa.
