My Name is
Tapiwa

Tapiwa
After Tapiwa and her three sisters lost parents in 2010, they were placed in the care of their widowed grandmother. She had no source of income and finding food for the family was a daily problem. Though she tried, she could not provide for the girls and sought help. Tapiwa and her sisters arrived at the Rafiki Village Zambia in 2011. Tapiwa believes Jesus is the Son of God who died on the cross and now is at the right hand of God. Tapiwa knows the Bible is God's written word—it brings sinners to Jesus. She also believes that God has given her a new heart, saved her, and made her his child. A favorite hymn of Tapiwa's is "He Leadeth Me: O Blessed Thought."
