My Name is
Kelia
Kelia
An elderly woman from a local village brought Kelia to a police station in 2011, hoping to find someone to care for her. Kelia was then placed at a small orphanage. When the orphanage became too crowded to care for Kelia, they contacted the Rafiki Foundation. She arrived at the Rafiki Village Rwanda in 2011. She soon benefited from the quality care, nutritious food, and loving environment at the Rafiki Village. Kelia is a good student who is polite, cooperative, and enjoys learning. Due to developments in Rwanda, Kelia is living off-site from the Village. She still, however, is receiving a full Rafiki scholarship. Kelia continues to grow in her faith, and we pray she will become a bold light for Christ in her family.
