My Name is
Joshua

Joshua
Both of Joshua’s parents are deceased. His father died from a brief illness in 2004, and his mother died when Joshua was two years old. Joshua then lived with his elderly, impoverished grandmother for a time. She sought help to raise Joshua, and he arrived at the Rafiki Village Nigeria in 2005. Joshua excels in biology, civics, and art. He says he learns best by going on field trips because it gives him a vivid look at things he's learning. He says education is important because helps him make important decisions about his future. Joshua is inspired by the passion and boldness of the apostle Paul, and he wants to be unashamed of the gospel like Paul was. Joshua's favorite book of the Bible is Colossians because it teaches him to live as a new man.
