Gladys arrived at the Rafiki Village Ghana in October 2009. She is quite athletic and is often found playing soccer. As she has studied the women of the Bible, Gladys has learned that God is not looking for perfect people but for those who will obey Him. The hymn "Leaning on the Everlasting Arms" encourages her and reminds her that no storms can destroy her while she's in God's arms.
