Emmanuel

Emmanuel (Kobby) and his two brothers were abandoned by their mother while they were still young children. The boys stayed with their mother’s elderly friend, but she was soon unable to care for them herself. Social welfare asked the Rafiki Foundation to care for the boys and they arrived at the Rafiki Village Ghana in 2009. Kobby soon proved to be a quiet and insightful student with a quick and fun sense of humor. He became a good example for all the children in the Village, and his years of Bible study gave him an excellent spiritual foundation. Kobby is a graduate of the Rafiki School and now studies IT at university. He remains diligent and seeks to make good use of his time and resources. Kobby prays that God will give him the wisdom and prudence to know how to respond to each circumstance in a way that reflects growth and maturity. He also prays that God will deepen his faith.
