My Name is
Belis
Belis
Belis' mother is deceased and her father is in prison. She and her twin sister Brenda have an uncle who was unable to properly care for them. The girls were referred to the Rafiki Village Kenya and arrived together in 2006. Belis soon proved to be a hard-working girl who shows great interest in physical education classes, especially volleyball, soccer, and javelin throwing. She cooperates well and is loving and caring toward others. She has learned from the Rafiki Bible Study that she should rejoice in the Lord always and give thanks in all circumstances. She continues to grow spiritually by listening to the Word of God and sharing it with others.
