Yeani
Yeani's parents died in 2010, and she was placed in the care of an aunt. Her aunt, who had two children of her own, became injured at her place of employment and could no longer work. She contacted the Rafiki Foundation in the hopes of a better life for her niece. Yeani was approved and arrived at the Rafiki Village Ethiopia in 2012. Yeani now enjoys learning. God has helped her by opening her mind in school to learn more about Him. Yeani's favorite hymn is "What a Friend We Have in Jesus" because it reminds her that there is no friend like Jesus, and her favorite Bible verse is John 16:16.
