Following the death of their parents, Julie and her two sisters were placed in the care of an aunt. Though she tried, she was unable to properly care for the children. She was unable to feed and care for the girls and going to school was out of the question. Julie and her sisters arrived at the Rafiki Village Liberia in 2011. Julie enjoys learning about God's creation. She would like to be a musician when she grows up. She also would like to be a leader when she grows up that her family can depend on. In her time at Rafiki, Julie has been baptized! She loves Jesus because He died for her sins and gave her everlasting life; she knows that He will always be by her side in times of trouble.
