My Name is
John

John
Both of John’s parents died, leaving him as a double orphan. His uncle struggled to care for him with four children of his own and no work. He eventually sought help for John. John was malnourished when he came to Rafiki in 2004. He soon benefited from the quality care, nutritious food, and loving environment at the Village. John is now a very good student who enjoys school. He desires to study law, journalism, political science, philosophy, or music at a university. He sees education as a journey and not a destination. John strives to look more like Jesus every day, and he continues to pray to become a man after God's own heart.
