Both Ethel's parents died within two years of each other. She arrived at the Rafiki Village Malawi in 2006, just in time to celebrate Christmas with her new family. Ethel soon proved to be a hard-working student. She has come to know Jesus personally through the Scriptures. Specifically, she clings to Romans 8:28 as a strong, encouraging promise.
