Miatta
Miatta
Miatta’s mother died of yellow fever and her father, a policeman, was killed in the Liberian war. After the death of their mother, Miatta and her brother, Jehu, lived with their grandmother. Though she tried, their grandmother could not provide for their basic needs. Miata and Jehu were approved by social welfare and arrived at the Rafiki Village Liberia in 2008. Miatta enjoys studying math and science. She wants to be a doctor when she grows up to save lives in her community. Miatta was baptized on January 1st of 2019!
