ROS are Rafiki’s long-term missionaries who provide direction, supervision, training, and teaching at Rafiki Training Villages.
“For ‘everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ But how are they to call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?” (Romans 10:14).

Direct the overall operation of our Village work. Supervise the health of our children, financial operation, and day-to-day operations of the physical plant. Train others in the care and nurture of children and in education. Teach preschool through high school curricula and music, orchestra, art, drama, sewing, cooking, physical education, gardening, Bible, vocational skill, etc.
